History of the Volkswagen EOS (2006-2015)

The Volkswagen EOS (2006-2015) is a model coupe cabriolet compact sporty produced by the German automaker Volkswagen from 2006 to 2015. It was assembled at AutoEuropa in Portugal, and is the first model coupe production of Volkswagen since the Volkswagen Corrado, which ended production in July 1995. The Volkswagen EOS (2006-2015) takes its name from the ancient goddess Eos, goddess of the dawn, sister of the sun god Helios and the moon goddess Selene.

Restyling

A Volkswagen EOS had a restyling in October 2010 and went on sale as a 2012 model outside of Europe.
