How much does this service cost?

The cost for the service is 3 to 27€ per share, depending on the amount of the order. There is No interest or there is any other additional payment.

ERRORS

Error on the part of Audioledcar s. l.

In case of error on our part, please contact us via chat, email or phone and let us know the error we made. That error, always justified (we may request pictures, or videos) will be remedied by Audioledcar at no cost to the customer in the shortest time possible, trying to manage it in a period of 24 hours.

Error on the part of the consumer.

In case of error on the part of the consumer, must request the change or return the product, in the following points you will find both procedures.

Delivery rejected by the consumer.

In the case of a delivery refused by the consumer, must assume the costs of sending and return of the order, which will be deducted from the refund to do when the transport company return the order. These costs will amount to double the amount of the shipping costs associated with the order placed.

Incorrect shipping address.

In case of wrong direction by the consumer at the time of placing the order, we advise you to get in touch with us as soon as possible because, if the order has not been shipped yet or has not picked up the carrier, you can modify it without cost. In the event of a change of zip code of a shipment in transit, the customer can go to pick up your order for the delegation corresponding to the zip code selected option (without cost) or request a new shipment to the correct address with an associated cost, which, it will be indicated via e-mail since, it depends on the exchange, the cost is higher or lower by the transport company.

WARRANTY

In case of defective product, AUDIOLEDCAR SL must proceed, as appropriate, repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.

You must enter in the package a note indicating your personal data, order number, telephone number, and the problem that have products.

The costs incurred for the shipping of the products that you request to review to the address indicated the need to take the client.

Audioledcar SL is responsible for the expenses of shipment of the repaired products.

We will not accept paperwork from the guarantee of products with deficiencies due to neglect, beatings, use or misuse, stress unsuitable, improper installation, or materials subject to wear from normal use.

Audioledcar SL responds to the faults of conformity which becomes apparent within a period of two years from delivery (one year for professionals). The consumer and user must inform the seller of lack of conformity within two months after he has knowledge of it.

CHANGES

If the customer is not satisfied with your purchase and want to change product have 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order.

Audioledcar SL can not accept changes if the product is not in perfect condition and with their original packaging.

RETURNS

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party by you indicated, other than the carrier, acquired the physical possession of the last of those goods.

1) Peninsula and the Balearic islands.

Has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order for a refund.

We do not accept returns of custom products, that can be registered, that have been installed, worn, tampered with, marked or without the original packaging in perfect condition. examples: machines diagnostics, brakes, EBC, hoses Hel, etc, If you have a problem with an order please contact us via the contact form of our website.

At the bottom, in the section Return of merchandise, select the products that you want to return.

Once you have accepted your return, you will receive via email a return label. You have to print it. Will CorreosExpress to pick up your return in the direction of your account in the next 24/48 hours.

Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the product or products that have been returned less the to 5.95 euros associated to the expenses of such return (The cost for this return service to the Balearic Islands will cost 11,99 euros and is not available for the Canary Islands). The refund will be made by the same payment method of the initial order, in case of refund please indicate bank account number to request the return.

Not be refunded the cost of shipping the initial order or additional costs by the payment method, for example, reimbursement.

If you are not interested in the return of 5.95 euros you can send it by the method that you want or bring it personally to our pick-up point in Madrid, you only have to indicate so in the return request and we will send you via email address you have to send or bring your return.

*We have return label for the Peninsula and Balearic islands. The canary islands and the rest of Europe will need to send us the order by its means.

We offer return completely free of charge to the customer: free return in store/office, the remaining return types will have a cost that must be assumed by the client.

We are working to offer free return all over the country. We will also offer a short-term service delivery economic in most parts of the country because currently, our warehouses are located in Madrid, Spain (ES) and Vreden, Germany (DE) and our service and logistics offices are located in San Sebastián de los Reyes and in Vreden.

The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your cancellation.

Notice: we do Not accept packages sent with charges to delivery to our facility.

Consequences of the withdrawal

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery different than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, in this case, pick-up in the office, free), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have submitted proof of the return of the same, depending on what condition is met first.

You must return to us or give us directly the goods to AUDIOLEDCAR SL Avda Somosierra 12, Nave 19, 28703 San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid, without any undue delay and in any event no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Shall be deemed to meet the deadline if making the return of property before the end of that period. You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods.

Only you will be responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Shopping in office:

We do not offer return service amount of products for purchase in our offices, we only offer exchange for the same provided that they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We have a sign clearly visible stating what is exposed.

If the client does not want to change the product we offer a credit voucher for the amount of products for next purchases via office or online store.

If the customer is not satisfied with your purchase and want to change product have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
