HISTORY AND DESIGN OF THE PEUGEOT 807

The Peugeot 807 is a vehicle mpv manufactured by the French car firm Peugeot from 2002 to 2014.

This car is the successor to the Peugeot 806, with quite a few improvements to the outside by its more modern look, and inner by its mechanics with the addition of new engines and improve existing ones.

The Peugeot 807 has a larger size inside the cabin and, on the outside, it resembles the Citroën C8, above all the lighthouses in the shape of a teardrop. Among the details that give elegance to this vehicle handles, chrome turn signals side.

The 807 is a minivan designed for travel to eight passengers comfortably with the possibility to change the arrangement of the seats, and even suppress some of them. Features sliding doors with electric opening and panoramic glass roof divided in three parts. Has a trunk with 324 liters of capacity, being able to get to the 2.948 litres when you fold the second and third row of seats.

With respect to their safety, the Peugeot 807 is equipped with ABS, ESP and ASR. You can also block the accidental opening of the rear doors and the glass roof from the driver's seat.

THE ENGINE OF THE PEUGEOT 807

The Peugeot 807 had three petrol engines and two diesel engines:

- Fuel:

• 2.0 136 HP

• 2.2 158 HP

• 3.0 v6 211 HP

- Diesel:

• 2.0 HDi common rail turbodiesel of 107 HP

• 2.2 HDi common rail turbodiesel 128 HP

All the engines carried gearbox 5-speed manual except the motor 3.0 v6, which had a gearbox automatic 4-speed transmission.
